Equine and Agriculture class at Snow Creek Ranch

Everyone Is Welcome

The Ranch Class at Snow Creek Ranch is a ministry of Glorify Christ Ministries, a nonprofit founded on the values of faith, integrity, stewardship, and serving others. These values shape the way we teach, care for our animals, and build community.

Our Equine & Agriculture Enrichment Program is designed to serve families from all backgrounds. Whether you share our faith, are exploring it, or simply desire a high-quality, hands-on educational experience for your child, you are welcome here.

While our foundation is rooted in Christian values, our educational program focuses on equine science, agriculture, stewardship, leadership, responsibility, and practical life skills in a welcoming and respectful environment.

We believe every child deserves to be known, encouraged, and given opportunities to grow in confidence, character, and responsibility. Our goal is to create a place where students develop meaningful friendships, discover the joy of hands-on learning, and experience the wonder of God's creation through the beauty of ranch life.

At Snow Creek Ranch, everyone is welcome, everyone is valued, and every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

RANCH CLASS

Learning Through Discovery

We believe the best learning happens through curiosity and conversation. Our instructors take the time to explain not only the "how," but also the "why"—even the little things that often go unnoticed. Those everyday moments become lessons in biology, agriculture, ecology, animal science, stewardship, and problem-solving.

The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and full of adventure. Students spend the day exploring, asking questions, making friends, and learning by doing. It feels more like camp than school, yet every activity is intentionally designed to build scientific understanding, practical skills, confidence, and character.

At Snow Creek Ranch, education isn't confined to a desk. It's experienced with muddy boots, curious minds, and hands ready to learn.

What Makes Snow Creek Ranch Different?

Our program is built around hands-on learning and stewardship. Students don't just learn about agriculture and horses—they experience them every week through meaningful ranch activities.

Students explore topics such as:

  • Equine science and anatomy
  • Horse behavior, handling, grooming, and safety
  • Animal husbandry and livestock care
  • Agriculture and land stewardship
  • Soil health, pasture management, and ecosystems
  • Leadership, responsibility, and teamwork
  • Ranch skills and daily chores
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking

While riding has never been the primary focus of our program, we recognize the value it brings to a student's horsemanship. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand riding opportunities so students can spend even more time applying the skills they learn on the ground.

A Camp Atmosphere Where Learning Comes to Life

Snow Creek Ranch isn't a traditional classroom—it's a place where science comes alive through everyday ranch experiences. Imagine spending the day at your grandpa's farm, where every chore becomes a lesson and every question is worth answering. Whether you're feeding horses, observing animal behavior, studying insects in the pasture, or learning why a fence is built a certain way, there's always something new to discover.

Preserving the Western Way of Life

At Snow Creek Ranch, we are proud of our Western heritage and the timeless values it represents. We believe in preserving a way of life built on hard work, integrity, responsibility, courtesy, respect, and caring for both the land and one another.

Through daily ranch life, students learn that a handshake means something, animals depend on us, chores come before play, and serving others is a way of life. These lessons have shaped generations of ranching families, and we are honored to pass them on to the next generation.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
